ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.292 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and mischievous and the petitioner has not committed any offence. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57802 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.292 of 2018.
