Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47(A) of the Excise Act.
167 litres of country-made liquor are said to have been recovered from a BARI (Garden) which was found situated near the under-construction house of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on the spot.
Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the said recovery has not been made either from conscious possession of the petitioner or from her house and none has claimed to have seen the petitioner, keeping the seized liquor on the place of

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. C-43(7) of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
