The present criminal revision application has been filed against the order dated 18.01.2020, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa in Miscellaneous Case No.67 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned court below has enhanced the amount of maintenance to be paid by the petitioner. The amount shown as salary received by the petitioner from the college is not correct. It is further submitted that there is no documentary evidence to show that the income of the petitioner is Rs.15,000/- per month. From perusal of the order impugned, I do not find any

Accordingly, this criminal revision application is dismissed.
