2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench dated 18.04.2018, passed in L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Rhituraj Saraubh and Anr.) and the order of the Single Bench of this Court dated 11.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8963 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Azad and Ors. vs. State of Bihar and Anr.).

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9873 of 2019 dt.04-03-2024 2/2 learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court passed in the Case of Rhituraj Saraubh & Ors. (supra) and the order of the Single Bench of this Court in the case of Chandra Shekhar Azad & Ors. (supra) and the respondents are directed to grant similar benefits to the petitioner within period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Memo No. 192 dated 29.01.2019 (Annexure-5) is hereby quashed and the writ petition is allowed.
