Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and one other accused were caught by the police with a motorcycle. Motorcycle is said to be belonged to brother of the petitioner which is evident from perusal of the impugned order and so far as recovery of firearm is concerned, petitioner is in jail custody since 8.12.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
