The petitioner seeks bail in Guthani P.S. Case No.179 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 30(a), 37(b), 38(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was arrested and he was found in drunkard stage and some liquor was also recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a month. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No.179 of 2018.
