The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 10.800 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent but he is an accused in one other case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 03.02.2019.

Case No. 60 of 2019.
