Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 5 liters of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.The mandatory provision of law for search and seizure given under section 100 Cr.P.C. has not been followed. In view of the allegation of recovery of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17851 of 2020(2) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 from today and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
