JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Vide order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 12434 of 2021, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as process under Section 82 & 83 has been issued. The present petition has again been filed on the same ground.

The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner has already been dismissed as not maintainable, as such, this petition is dismissed.

It is hereby made clear that while passing the order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 12434 of 2021 only one petitioner Ranjit Chaudhary @ Ranjit Kumar Singh was petitioner but due to clerical mistake the name of one Nagendra Manjhi was typed in the order as petitioner No. 2. The name of petitioner No. 2 is ordered to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20403 of 2022(3) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 deleted from that order.

The order dated 07.02.2022, in Criminal miscellaneous No. 12434 of 2021 is rectified to that extent. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
