The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 342, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with bamboo pole and also inflicted knife blow on his neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner was attacked by the informant of this case. Further, he has submitted that the injury report shows the injury is simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail custody since 06.06.2022.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022, subject to the condition that petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court.
