17-08-2016 Heard Md. Sufiyan, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Two petitioners, who are in custody since 11-06-2016 in Goriakothi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners were falsely implicated by the police and there is no material.

However, keeping in view the accusation particularly against the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, the prayer for bail in respect of petitioner no. 1 namely Kasim Miyan is rejected. So far as petitioner no. 2 namely Chand Tara Khatoon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32107 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 is concerned, keeping in view the fact that petitioner no. 2 is lady and is in custody since 11-06-2016, let the petitioner no. 2 namely Chand Tara Khatoon be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goriyakothi P.S.
