JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C. she has denied the prosecution story and has stated that she along with her friend Anisha went to visit Tarachandi on 02.01.2022 and on returning she came to know that her father has lodged a case for her kidnapping. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20674 of 2022(3) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in Tilauthu P. S. Case No. 03 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
