2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Act, 1982.

3. As per prosecution case, on 10.01.2024, during biometric verification, co-accused Alok Kumar appeared for verification in place of petitioner, who is newly appointed Teacher in Gopalpur block through BPSC. Upon query, coaccused Alok Kumar disclosed that he had appeared in the examination in place of petitioner and today, he has appeared for bio-metric verification in place of petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
