Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to allegation of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant which intent to marry with her. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that four persons including the petitioner had forcefully kidnapped her. They handed over the victim to a female, and had asked her to sell the victim on receiving Rs. Two Lacs. However, the victim managed her escape and came back to her house.

In the past, prayer for bail to the petitioner was refused on 10.12.2019. Petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20808 of 2020(8) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 01.08.2019. The case is running for prosecution evidence. The learned Trial is expected to conclude the trial within six months without allowing unnecessary adjournments in this case. With the aforesaid observation, prayer for bail is refused for the present in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S.Case No.830 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
