JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 By way of the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Patliputra P.S.Case No. 3 of 2011 registered under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown accused persons. I have perused the allegations made in the FIR, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
