Petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 679 of 2018 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was disclosed by Ravi Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 30.11.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
