JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to have enticed away the daughter of the informant with intention to marry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. The victim has been examined under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has not named this petitioner. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-
