Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(a) of the Excise Act.

Nine litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner and it is claimed that at the time of recovery, the petitioner fled away from there but seizure list does not even bear the signature of family members of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 16-04-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
