The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 24.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73006 of 2024, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Phulwarishariff P.S. Case No.423 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Patna, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 24.10.2024 is modified to the extent as
