JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2015 It is brought to the notice of this court by filing mention slip that the name of the petitioner No. 5 namely, Mohammad Sonar Quraishi was left to be typed in the order No. 3 dated 03-02-2015.

From perusal of the record, I find that prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 1 namely, Abdul Manan Quraishi was dismissed being infructuous vide order dated 05-112014 but inadvertently, his name was typed in the order No. 3 dated 03-02-2015 and furthermore, I find that the name of petitioner No. 5 namely, Mohammad Sonar Quraishi was left to be typed in the aforesaid order No. 3 dated 03-02-2015. Accordingly, it is ordered that name of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32137 of 2014 (4) dt.24-02-2015 2/2 No. 1 namely, Abdul Manan Quraishi be not read in the cause, title of the order dated 03-02-2015 and similarly, the name of the petitioner No. 5 namely, Mohammad Sonar Quraishi be also read in the order dated 03-02-2015.

Accordingly, the order No. 3 dated 03-02-2015 stands modified to the above extent.
