Learned counsel for the petitioner filed petition for substitution of the name of Muneshwar Singh, the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3371 of 2017. Muneshwar Singh was the owner of the vehicle bearing registration no. JH01Z 7294 which was ordered to be released in his favour vide order dated 09.03.2017, but from the modification petition, it appears that Muneshwar Singh died on 31.10.2016 and even after lapse of four months name of Muneshwar Singh has not been substituted. The ownership of the vehicle is standing in the name of Muneshwar Singh and that has to be changed in the name of the legal heirs of Muneshwar Singh. Considering the facts aforesaid, let name of Muneshwar Singh be deleted and the name of Deepak Kumar Singh be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15762 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 substituted in his place, but the vehicle shall not be released in favour of Deepak Kumar Singh unless the owner book is corrected in accordance with law in the name of Deepak Kumar Singh.
