Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of the argument, he has disclosed the fact that petitioner has been named in the F.I.R., however, in the order dated 02.05.2017, it has wrongly been mentioned as petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further, vide order dated 02.05.2017, the anticipatory bail application of the was disposed of but in the sixth paragraph of the said order, it has been mentioned that the bail application is rejected.

Considering the above fact, paragraph-2, of the order is modified to the extent that the sentence petitioner is not named in the F.I.R be read as „petitioner is named in the F.I.R.‟ and further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17756 of 2017 (4) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 the said order is being treated to be disposed of instead of rejected. Let this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
