Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very impugned order dated 05.09.2017 passed in O.A. - 373 of 2014 along with O.A. - 759 of 2013 (Annexure P - 20) and order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Review Application bearing No. R.A./050/00051/2017 along with R.A./050/00052/2017 (Annexure P - 22) were a subject matter of litigation C.W.J.C. No. 20076 of 2018.

Today, we have dismissed C.W.J.C. No. 20076 of 2018. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20596 of 2018(4) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 petitioner's counsel seek permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
