Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(D), 323, 341, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act. The F.I.R. as well as the statement of the victim girl would reveal that main allegation is against co-accused, Krishna and there is statement that an aged person who had asked the school man to call the girl was unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
