2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338 and 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was trying to appear in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test Examination in place of her elder sister. However, she was caught during biometric/Aadhar check on the exam center. Petitioner, in writing and verbally, accepted her guilt on the Center.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner was unwell that date and had not appeared on the exam center. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20637 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 for bail.
