JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the Respondents to act upon the order 08.06.2018 passed in title suit No. 202/1996, by the Learned Munsif, Jagdishpur, Arrah, in favour of the petitioner.

(ii) For commanding the respondents to restrain the construction of boundary over the land bearing Khata No. 640, Khesra No. 243 and 246.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents to provide all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5580 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 facilities pertaining to the land in question as mentioned in the aforesaid title suit and to grant all necessary facilities to the petitioner as, the petitioner holds the status of "Sevait"."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara for his safety and protection.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara shall examine the same on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
