The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and his brother by means of lathi, danda, sword and knife with an intention to kill them, as a result of which they sustained injuries.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17887 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The police after investigation had submitted final form against the petitioners finding the case to be false. The matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure 4 to the present application.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. case No.180 of 2014, Tr.
