Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that some other person had appeared in his place in recruitment of SSC (constable) and the aforesaid fact was detected when the petitioner appeared for medical verification.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.5.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
