The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mahkar P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2016 pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Gaya.

There is allegation against this petitioner in the written report that 5 liters illicit country made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. There is allegation that she was indulging in manufacture of illicit Mahua liquor.

The seizure list also supports that illicit Mahua liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13956 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.
