Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had made a suitable representation before Respondent No.3/District Electoral Officer Cum District Magistrate, Jehanabad, the present CWJC is disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass the necessary orders (if not already passed) strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found genuine necessary steps for payment of the due amounts shall be taken. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
