2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the perusal of the FIR, it appears to be a case of consensual sex between two consenting adults.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2025 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23939 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024.
