Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury at the leg and hand of the informant as well as at the abdomen of Pankaj Kumar. However, the case diary does not contain the said injury report, rather injury received by son of the petitioner, Vikash Kumar is attached therewith. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018.
Considering the nature of material and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20117 of 2019(4) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajgir Police Station Case No.334 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
