JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was charging Rs.30/- each for preparation of Adhar Card.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Md. Arshad Alam was authorized for preparing Aadhar card and the petitioner was working as agent of Md. Arshad Alam. It is further submitted that there is no proof with regard to the payment. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
