ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in a Complaint case No. 481 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity but the complaint is not willing to live with the petitioner as stated in para-12 of the petition.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has extended the offer to keep the complainant in his matrimonial home without any recurrence of

No.41182 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 untoward incident, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of a four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 481/2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj , DistrictRohtas, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
