Two petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the informant, apprehending their arrest in Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No.140 of 2018, registered for offence under Sections 147, 323, 313, 498(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, have prayed for grant of bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the informant is already inside the jail. Considering the nature of accusation as well as the fact that the husband of the informant is already behind the bar,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60150 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 there is no reason to refuse the prayer for grant of anticipatory. Accordingly, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the aforesaid two petitioners, namely, (i) Shambhu Paswan and (ii) Rabadi Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj( Malahi) P.S.
