JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other F.I.R named accused took the informant's son on the assurance to provide him job but the informant's son did not return.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant's son was major at the time of alleged occurrence and, as a matter of fact, he himself fled away and the informant lodged this case against the petitioner and others on account of previous enmity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the aforesaid fact that having similar allegation, some co-accused have
