The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for payment of GPF amount due to the husband of the petitioner. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, that GPF amount along with statutory interest amounting to Rs.1,94,778/- has been paid to the petitioner along with the interest. By order dated 05.08.2021, this Court directed the State respondents to file calculation chart in support of the GPF

Patna High Court CWJC No.6343 of 2020(6) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 amount paid to the petitioner and in pursuance thereof, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the State in which the calculation chart has been annexed at Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

In view of the fact that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and payment towards GPF amount has already been given to the petitioner, accordingly, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to go through the calculation chart and if any further amount towards the interest is found payable, the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent No.3, District Education Officer, West Champaran, Bittiah.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
