ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 03.07.2010 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Gaya in Cr. Appeal no. 29 of 2011/84 of 2010. Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him. However, on the date of release the petitioner shall pay the fine of amount, failing which he shall not be released.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
