The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner and co-accused Sachidanand Pandey, accused persons made assault to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of serious land dispute. Title Suit No. 175 of 2007 is pending between the parties. Moreover, there is no accusation of making assault has been levelled against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36543 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Kishor Kunal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.
