In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.92 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, the dispute arose on account of construction of boundary wall.

Specific allegation has been made against the present petitioner to have caused injury on the head informant by spade. The petitioner is in jail since 11.3.2016. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27046 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayed for bail after completing nine months' judicial custody.
