JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Both the Criminal Miscellaneous are of the same occurrence and as such have been heard together and are being disposed of by passing this common order.

During the course of argument the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he does not want to press both the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4616 of 2017 (4) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous and seeks permission to withdraw the prayer of pre-arrest bail with a liberty to file regular bail application.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the Informant as also the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Permission is granted.

Both the Criminal Miscellaneous are dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners Shailendra Jha and Vijay Jha are directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks and then their prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order and if possible preferably on the same day and accordingly both the Criminal Miscellaneous are hereby disposed of.
