Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 306, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, the deceased herself committed suicide. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61103 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015.
