Petitioner seeks bail in Naya Ram Nagar (Safiya Sarai OP) P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 341, 323, 506/34 Indian Penal Code. In the written report, there is specific allegation of committing rape against co-accused, Pumpum Yadav. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he was standing armed with pistol.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
