Patna High Court LPA No.1438 of 2014 dt.02-05-2017 Date: 02-05-2017 In view of the subsequent developments and decisions which have a reflection on the issue adjudicated and decided by the learned Single Judge in his order dated 23.09.2014, the only issue now required to be considered is whether the cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed by the learned Single Judge should be maintained or interfered with. Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the respondents and learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, the appeals are dismissed, but the cost of Rs. 10,000/-, imposed upon the present appellant, however, is set aside.
