In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 342, 387/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case from both sides. The Informant has lodged the case after a delay of four days without any explanation. Other accused person, namely, Bhola Paswan has been granted bail by order dated 24.5.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 17074 of 2016.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Hiralal Paswan, be released on bail on
