2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 1 liter of country-made liquor and 360 ml. foreign liquor have been recovered from the possession of co-accused Rohit Kumar and this petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of recovery.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court - 01, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 557 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
