JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents, brother and brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,323,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the
