2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 18.03.2022 at 8:00 AM, due to some family feud, the petitioner, who is wife of informant, inflicted Dabiya blow to informant on the instigation of her mother causing injury to him (informant). The injury, sustained by the informant, is simple in nature.
4. However, learned counsel for the opposite parties opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner is lady and the injury is simple in nature, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi / concerned court in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
