It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in paragraph no. 1 (a) of the order dated 09.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4621 of 2021 "Registration No. BR 31AB-1764" has been wrongly typed as "Registration No. BR 31AB-1734", though it should have been "Registration No. BR 31AB-1764".

Accordingly, order dated 09.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4621 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in

Patna High Court MJC No.1111 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 paragraph no. 1(a) of the said order "Registration No. BR 31AB-1734" be read as "Registration No. BR 31AB-1764" Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that petitioner may be granted further time to appear before the concerned appropriate authority, as the earlier date fixed by this Hon'ble court has already elapsed.

As such, petitioner is directed to make himself available on 13.09.2021 at 10.30 A.M. before the concerned appropriate authority.
