Petitioner is accused in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 registered under Sections 384, 386 of the I.P.C. and sections 17, 18, 19, 20 of the U.A.P. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 18.03.2020 and 10.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 76705 of 2019 and 34426 of 2020 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20846 of 2022(4) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019.
